Cacao ceremony & live music with Jennifer Ann
Zo bijzonder, deze prachtige zangeres komt Prana Tempel omtoveren met haar Tribe-move. Ze creëert een setting waarbij we met de cacao verbinding maken met ons hart. We luisteren naar haar warme stem die ons mee neemt… ervaar, geniet, zit, lig, zing, dans, beweeg, voel.
In 2014 leerde ik de mantras kennen via Kundalini Yoga, in die tijd toen ik mij meer wou verdiepen in mantras kwam ik een Ted talk tegen van Jennifer. She blow me away! zo eenvoudig uitgelegd – acient texts – vertaald in wat de ervaring zou kunnen zijn.
Ze is nu genomineerd en heeft 2 “public voting” Awards van de “Peace Song Award” in de VS gewonnen, voor 2 nummers van haar nieuwe album “Urban Shamanism”. Ze blijft nog even in Nederland, dan gaat ze terug naar US om haar carrière uit te bouwen.
Hier in het hoge noorden komt ze haar stem, de mantras en de tribe feeling delen….

“In this Cacao Ceremony, we will reconnect our spirit to abundance, joy, freedom, and playfulness. The ancient Mayan and Aztec cultures knew the spirit of cacao very well and it was used in most rites and rituals. As they understood the literal meaning of cacao “Food of the God”.
In these times (raw) cacao has many health benefits as a mood stabilizer, bringer of bliss (anandamide molecule), energy booster, anti-depressant, helpful with high blood pressure, resetting of the hormones, many anti-oxidants and these are just a few of the benefits. Through Western science, we are rediscovering the healing properties of the bean on a physical level, yet we have to rediscover the spiritual healing properties.
Through this cacao ceremony, we will reconnect with the ancient spirit of cacao through prayer, movement partner exercises, dance, and music. Cacao is a very playful spirit and is ready to show you abundance in a joyful, yet powerful way. The cacao will help you to find your inner child, connect to your creativity and let it flow. She will leave you blissful, full of joy and reconnected to your core. Feel welcome to join and walk through the door of liberation in a safe and joyous way!

ABOUT JENNIFER ANN:
Jennifer Ann is a musician, certified yoga teacher, public speaker, travelpreneur, coach and certified breath practitioner as well.
Born in the USA (1984, Jacksonville, Arkansas) and raised in The Netherlands, Jennifer Ann has always been searching for the magical unknown. Through the art of theatre she became aware that we are spiritual beings, having a human experience on earth.
Realizing this, she started to move more towards different spiritual teachings. Over the past twelve years she has been educating herself in Shamanism, Yoga, Buddhism, meditation and more. During her first yoga training she discovered the art of mantra singing and how sound can bring profound healing. Now she is researching and building bridges between traditional mantra music (India), western music and shamanic chants (South- and North America). With her soulful voice and blending of rhythms and instruments she is rediscovering the path of the ancestors, bringing this sacred knowledge back to life, while building new relations between eastern and western worlds.
She is now nominated and has won 2 “public voting” Awards of the “Peace Song Award” in the USA for 2 songs of her new album “Urban Shamanism”.
